As Head of IT & Digital at CYVN Holdings, built the digital and workplace foundation for L’IMAD - Abu Dhabi's newly established sovereign holding company - from a blank sheet and at pace, so that the incoming leadership and specialist teams could be onboarded immediately and start developing the company across every IT stream.

• Office IT & security in a record 2 months: designed and delivered the technology backbone of the new headquarters - segmented enterprise network, physical security and access control integrated with corporate identity, video surveillance, board-room and meeting-room collaboration systems, and a fully managed workplace.
• Commercial & vendor governance: authored the technical specifications, ran competitive pricing negotiations, managed delivery risk and formally accepted all works.

Outcome: a secure, fully operational company from day one - a ready platform onto which the right team was onboarded quickly and began building L’IMAD's IT capabilities in every direction.
